Best Night Shop Upgrades in Save the Krusty Krab
The Night Shop opens on Day 3. Here's what it sells and what to buy first with your restaurant cash.

Quick answer
Buy station upgrades first, starting with grill capacity, because they help the whole crew every day for the rest of the run. Then pick up an Orb of Confusion before Day 6, and keep one energy restore in reserve. Speed perks come after that.
How the Night Shop works
- It opens between days, starting after Day 3. Mr. Krabs pays for your first Grill Capacity upgrade.
- Everything costs restaurant cash ($), not Doubloons.
- Stock changes every night, so you won’t always see the same items.
- Station upgrades apply to the whole team. Perks and items are personal.

Buying order we recommend
- Grill capacity. Patties are in nearly every order and the grill is the usual bottleneck.
- Order prep and tray slots before Day 8, when orders get bigger.
- An Orb of Confusion before Day 6 (Man Ray) and Day 9 (Tattletale Strangler), unless someone plays Patrick.
- Trash capacity if your crew keeps leaving trash, to keep the Hash-Slinging Slasher away.
- Speed perks for whatever job you do most.
This order is our recommendation based on how the days ramp up, not an official ranking. In co-op, agree who buys what so you don’t double up on personal items.
Robux shortcuts
The game has no gamepasses, only one-off developer products such as Tier 1–3 upgrades, Refresh Upgrades, Insta Clean, Insta Mop, an instant Orb of Confusion and Revive. All the in-run boosts can also be bought with restaurant cash, so you never need Robux to progress. See the day-by-day walkthrough for when each threat shows up.
