Our take on each class
- FredTrainee
- Everyone starts here. The extra energy helps while you learn the stations.
- SquidwardCashier
- Best when one player stays on the register in a full crew.
- Some guides list Squidward as free after the Trainee. We're confirming the price in game.
- JimCook
- The cheapest real upgrade. Faster grill plus three energy refills is great for solo runs.
- SandyLine Cook
- Carry more per trip. Shines from Day 8, when trays get busy.
- PearlHost
- The extinguisher handles Man Ray and grease fires. Good drinks specialist in co-op.
- PatrickJanitor
- Starts every run with an Orb of Confusion, the answer to Day 6 and Day 9 threats.
- GaryServer
- A free revive saves a run. Pick him for co-op, not solo.
- LarrySecurity
- The water gun pops the Dirty Bubble fast. Extra inventory helps with tools.
- Mr. KrabsManager
- More cash for everyone means more Night Shop upgrades. A co-op economy pick.
- SpongeBobCook
- The strongest cook in the game and the long-term Doubloon goal for most players.
- Auto-flip prevents grill fires, but Coral Bits can still start fryer fires.
Leveling and skins
Classes earn XP as you play them. Reaching level 2 earns the Promotion badge and level 3 earns Promotion II. Unlocking your first paid class gives New Face, and buying a skin gives Fashion Fish.
Skins are bought with Doubloons on a class’s panel once you own the class. Known examples include Sandy’s football skin (around 200 Doubloons) and Gary Booty (around 1,000 Doubloons). Limited Halloween skins arrive with the Halloween event.
