Man Ray shows up from Day 6 and wrecks your kitchen stations. Here's how to stop him, and why the tools that work on the Dirty Bubble won't help.

When Man Ray appears
Man Ray first appears on Day 6, the same day pickles join the menu, and can return on later days. You get your first look at the Orb of Confusion the night before, after Day 5.
What he does
He blasts kitchen stations such as the grill. A damaged station stops working until someone repairs it, so a single visit can stall your whole order line. Players describe him “lazering the grill and the other stuff”.
How to stop him, step by step
- Spot him early. Watch the villain alert on your screen so you can reach him before he hits more than one station.
- Use your counter. Spray him with a fire extinguisher or throw an Orb of Confusion. Pearl starts every run with an extinguisher, and Patrick starts with an Orb.
- Repair what he broke. Fix the damaged stations straight away, starting with the grill.
- Restock for next time. If you used your Orb, buy another in the Night Shop.
Best classes against Man Ray
- Patrick (850 Doubloons) starts with an Orb of Confusion, which also works on the Tattletale Strangler on Day 9.
- Pearl (550 Doubloons) starts with a fire extinguisher, which also handles kitchen fires.
Without either, pick up an Orb of Confusion in the Night Shop before Day 6.
